Chef Brian with Red Canyon Catering exceeded all expectations! The food was incredible, from the eggplant with pesto, prosciutto and smoked mozzarella appetizers to the mouth-watering Mexican chocolate salted caramel tart. The teriyaki steak and hoisin-glazed steelhead trout were standout entrees, perfectly paired with whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and candied carrots. Responsive, budget-conscious, and highly professional, Chef Brian made our event memorable with both flavor and presentation. Highly recommend!
