I bought venetian blinds for the whole house from Delor a long time ago. After many years of usage one tilt mechanism became bad which is absolutely normal. Delor kindly found that new part, fixed it and even didn't' charge me for this help. Definitely come back including my family members for the new blinds when it's time. Thank you very much Michael.

Amazing customer service. Had one of their blinds installed in a home I purchased that had a small issue. After a quick phone call and dropping off the blind they graciously fixed it for free. Although they work with dealers only I would specifically work with one of their dealers just to have piece of mind they honor their product quality!
