Had our portico support structure replaced. The supervisor KT was communicative, professional, and made sure that I had all questions answered and was aware of what to expect. He also made sure to do a walk through with me afterwards to ensure I was happy with the job. Andres and Louise performed the work and were hardworking, professional, and efficient. The work was top notch. Very appreciative and will be returning to Genesis for any future work we need! Pricing was competitive.

Our project manager KT was great! He was on top of everything and was in constant communication with us so we always knew when the workers would be there and what they were doing on that day. He has great attention to detail and helped us with some design choices. The crew was courteous and always cleaned up behind themselves. KT gave us a timeline for our full kitchen remodel and he was spot on. Our kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be more grateful and pleased.

We had steps built on our current deck, sliding glass doors removed and windows put in its place. They did brick work to almost perfectly match our 70 year old brick. They were always professional and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Kalvin took the time to explain everything to me in ways that I was able to understand, and never once got upset when I changed my mind and the plan! He definitely gets an A++ in customer service! We are thrilled with the work that was done and will definitely be calling them again for any future projects.

Ordered a new refrigerator. During the installation, I realized that my measurements were off by 1/2 an inch and the refrigerator wouldn't fit. The baseboard needed to come out and the cabinet needed to be mounted slightly higher. I called a few contractors that told me the job was too small for them. When I called Genesis, they asked me very thoughtful questions about what I needed so they could make sure I would fully understand what I was getting and that I was getting what I wanted. 48 hours later, a small team arrived and my new refrigerator was in place in about half an hour. KT and his team were professional and courteous. Can't recommend them enough.
