Jay and Stephen called first and arrived at the scheduled time. As Pure Aircare had serviced the house two to three years ago, the knew exactly how to approach the dual furnace system including using their previous duct access points. They were in out efficiently and I expect the house will smell and feel a lot better once I restart the furnaces. Courteous and friendly as well.

We just completed a Home Reno and Addition. Even though we had all new ductwork installed, the construction dust and debris inside our ductwork was awful! The dust clogged up our furnace filter in one month. We called pure air and can’t say enough about the Excellent customer service we received! Jay and Jordan called us to give us a heads up that they were coming. They were super polite and very clean. They were very careful with the hoses in the house not to scuff the walls. They turned off the all the lights in every room they entered. I can already smell the difference in the air! Thank you Jay and Jordan!
